Found this great thrift store table for only $4.99. It was quite unstable and I thought it would make a great phone table for the kitchen. I had the ole-hubby disassemble and cut the top to about 3/4 of the size and I got to work. I refinished the top which had old stickers and things stuck to it, and then sprayed and distressed the legs. I think it turned out pretty cute.

I first saw this idea on the Nate Berkus show and thought it was cool. Let me tell you, yours came out even better! Thanks for linking to Handy Man, Crafty Woman Wicked Awesome Wednesday!
Love that stained and (looks like) inlaid top. Beautiful!
