vintage slide boxes

I love little storage containers.
I was with my Mom one day at Goodwill
and we found these cute little boxes...

Now look at the numbers inside. My mom told me these were old
"slide" boxes and that the other side used to have
dividers in it, and you would list the slides
on the other side.

Obviously this person was like me and never ever got around to organizing the slides and
writing anything down...:)

So I went on over to the graphics fairy, and downloaded
some cute labels I thought would go well
with the slide boxes

I tinted my Modge podge and slapped it on.

This is how they turned out in the end.
Aren't they cute.

Have a BEAUTIFUL day!

Karin, I am impressed. You can make something out of just about anything. Your mind works in a very creative way.

Yes, I agree, I would have not thought to tint MOd Podge but that is a great idea. I love your boxes now. Thanks for sharing. I saw your post over at Tutorial Tuesday.
