Art is not a measure of skill but of PASSION sign

Well Hello again my Beauties..SICK of me yet....??? :)
I made another sign as you can see.
My kids are home for Midwinter Break and they are breaking my stride
for getting furniture done for the booth.  Since I was in a sign making
mode like the one I did yesterday and the kids are pretty much underfoot 24-7 until Wednesday,
I thought...what the heck..I can knock a couple of these out at least.

As you remember from the post yesterday I got a stock pile of these at Goodwill.
You can see that post and sign HERE
I took another board and brushed some of my Ce Ce Caldwells paint on them in a variated pattern.

I then used my silhouette to print out the quote on my vinyl. After that I  quick sketched a paint brush on and sealed it with Poly.

I also did paint a small boat painting since the last one sold before I could get it to the booth..(a blessing I tell ya)
So I can now say I got 3 things done while the kids were on Mid winter break...too bad one of those wasn't laundry or grocery shopping..LOL!
Have a BEAUTIFUL day.

Hi Karin!!!

Love the signs and the beautiful picture of the boat!!! Amazing!!!

To be able to paint must bring great joy to you. It doesn't matter how hard I try, what's in my head doesn't come out on the canvas.

Love your work!!

Pam

I am so thrilled that your booth is doing so well! Was there any question that it wouldn't?? LOL Lucky you to get that stockpile of signs as half the battle is finding things at cost so you can make a profit. I love the saying you chose with the scrabble letters underneath. Very clever!
