My time as a Guest Host here at the Twirl & Take a Bow party is nearing the end, but before I depart, I have the honor & pleasure of selecting favorites from last week's party, and what a fun "job" it is! So many very creative people hang out at this party each week, so it was tough to choose.

As for things new over in these parts...

Most recently, I posted the Before/After for Sweet Cheeks' room...our youngest of three. His room is currently my favorite space. Check it out if you get a chance.

And, I revealed the after for a recent upholstery project. Our "French-Canadian" chairs...

Now, let's talk FEATURES!!

First up, DECOR. Karen's Up on the Hill shared this wonderful hallway/foyer vignette. I have a soft spot for cows, now that I'm a born-again country girl, so this spoke to me...

Next up, FOOD. Who doesn't like cookies, right? And these are FANTASTIC! Made them today, and we are smitten. Thanks to Anne from Upstate Ramblings for sharing these!

A CRAFTY feature is next. Being a mom, I'm a lover of handprint art, and this one is so fun and girly, and comes from one of my favorite bloggers...Lauren at Bless'er House. She came up with lots of fun, thrifty ideas for her adorable daughter's birthday recently, and this was just one!

Finally, a FALL DECORATING feature, since the blogosphere seems to be knee deep in feathering nests with autumn fun (I'm trying to personally not stress out that my own home's feathering is not done). I am completely smitten with this chandelier decorating idea from Ramon at Row House Events & Interiors. Charming, and not super difficult to do!
