Feathered Side Table Makeover "SPRAY IT PRETTY"

October 2015 Theme: "Spray It Pretty"

I have been wanting to try one of these sprayers forEVER!

I was so excited for the chance to get a chance to finally use one.

 Here is the cute little table I got to try out my sprayer on.

I picked it up at a thrift shop when I was in OHIO for the country living fair. I only paid $7  for this little table.

I was ready for it to be BEAUTIFUL!.

I got out my sprayer and filled it with some mustard colored paint.

 I have to tell you, I was IN LOVE.
This little first coat took me literally about 1 minute.
YOU HEARD ME...One minute.
I couldn't believe how quick it went.
I let it dry and gave it a second coat.

After it was dry I decided it need just a little extra something.

I have this feather stencil so I decided to grab it and stencil it on the top with some Gold craft paint.

 I love how just that little stencil added so much to the whole piece.
After I stenciled it on I distressed the whole thing to give it that vintage feel that 
matched the age of the piece.

 I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and I think I might just be keeping it.  :)

I had so much fun playing with my sprayer for the Fab Flippin Furniture Contest I have already used it 2 more times on 2 different projects.  I am officially HOOKED.
