Good Morning my Beauties!!
I hope you are all doing well...
I am doing great...we got to go out with friends last night and
meet some great people....
If you get a chance look up the "life is good" company.
We met the creators last night Bert and John Jacobs..
Wonderful men with a great company and a great philosophy......
spread optimism...
can't get any better than that...
Now back to work...:)
I had these cute little matching dressers for a while in my stash..
They were heavy as heck and I think they may have originally been hotel furniture.
I wanted to make them feel a little more warm...so I got out my CeCe Caldwells
all natural paint and put some of the Chestnut on the top
and my favorite Michigan Pine on the bottom.
After it dried I gave it a coat of clear wax and some light aging wax in different spots
to give it a nice aged patina.
Again sorry for the bad pictures, but Michigan weather is so hard to know when you will be able to photograph..I ended up having to just take them to the booth to photograph because the weather and clouds wouldn't cooperate....
Guess what...They sold 2 days later....
I am a happy girl!!!
So from me to you...
Spread optimism...
Make art...
and have a BEAUTIFUL Friday!!!

O My Goodness! Beautiful.
I am beyond jealous! I have been searching high and low for a pair of matching dressers to go on either side of a French door in my dining room to redo! These are stunning. You did such a beautiful job on them!!! New follower!

Looks great! I really need to do some furniture redo for my master bed room.
Holy cow - they look fantastic! You did such a fabulous job with them! And they totally pop
You sure hit the color on the dresser with those two pieces. They could also be used as night stands or end tables. Very versatile. Love how you redid them, great colors and finish, loved the tops and bringing out the details but not too much. Great job.
Awesomeness! What a great colour!
I just ordered some CeCe paint samples from Shelly over at a little bit o' shizzle and I can't wait to get started.
A great job Karin...no wonder they got snapped up fast!
