Sweet Allium orange side table

Here is a story of a little table that could.......

The finish is wearing off and it looks very sad...:(......

But wait, a quick coat of great orange spray paint seems to liven it up a little...

Cute enough already right.......:)

NOPE!!! I decided to add an Allium to this table. I have loved them since I was asked to do a painting for a friend of mine. She wanted Alliums, so she got alliums..:)...

Soooooo, I started to sketch in where I wanted the flower to be..

And then I got to painting....(sorry about the messy kitchen...but when I am in the zone...I can't think about cleaning up the kitchen ...:) (I also obviously couldn't be bothered to change my shirt to not give every one a boob shot....SORRY!!! ) :)

and this is how it started out....

and then looked like this.....but it still needed some OOOMPH!!!! :)

So I distressed the table with some of my leftover acrylic paint.......

Isn't she adorable...:)

:)

Now I just have to decide how much to sell her for...That is always, always the hard part....:)

Thanks so much for looking and remember you can follow me on facebook or sign up by email...
as always..
HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY!!!
